Omicron Alumni

Hello Omicron Alumni!

Earlier this year an email was sent out to generate interest in the new Omicron Alumni Association. Much interest was shown and we are well on our way to making the association become a success. My name is Kelly Miller (Hooper) and I am very excited to set up the social activities and be a part of the awesome Omicron Alumni Association.

In June, Kelly Miller (Hooper), Deb Eakins, Lauren Eakins (Omicron chapter president), and Terry Jackson (Omicron chapter Alumni Secretary), Daniel Miller, and Melanie Ostrander met as a planning committee to develop ideas for some upcoming socials as well as some assistance that we can provide to the chapter. We are very excited to develop the awesome Omicron Alumni Association. Melanie is once again working on setting up and maintaining a webpage, this time for the alumni of Omicron. We will let you know when it is up and running, so you can keep tabs on our upcoming activities. We would also like to make sure we keep you informed. Activities in the Summer and Fall

Saturday, July 21st - Alumni Social Time

Tuesday, July 24th - Saturday, July 28th - KKY/TBS National Convention at Orlando, Florida.

Friday, August 10th - Alumni sponsored picnic for the active brothers
** This was a great opportunity to provide the active brothers with a relaxing good time before band camp fun!

Tuesday, August 14th - Helping serve food at the Annual Band Camp Picnic

Saturday, October 20th - It's Homecoming! Helping with normal Homecoming duties.

Sunday, October 21th - WVU KKY and TBS alumni breakfast at Madeline's on High Street!

November 26 and 27th - Our service will allow the brothers to be able to stay in their seats throughout the entire show.

Friday and Saturday, February 15th-16th - Central Precinct Convention in West Chester University

Friday and Saturday, March 14th-16th - Northeast District Convention at Virginia Tech
